New design book: On Complex Warfare, Militaries, and Innovation through Design [free PDF download]- “Beyond the Pale”
Hi Medium readers! I have some great news for those interested in an entire 400 page design book now available and free to download, with print order possible for select organizations (mostly defense, but also academia, universities, NGOs, and more) that qualify. This book was a passion project of mine over the last 3 years since it started with some real-world design work for US Special Operations Command (SOCOM), and these last two years after declassification, I re-wrote the chapters extensively and often uploaded sections right here to Medium! Along the way, the Air University Press decided to publish it as a full book-length project, and this past year I have worked with an amazing AUP editor to get this one across the finish line.
